Assembly process outsourcing
- assembly line and know-how transfer to our facility - design and construction of the assembly line according to your test instructions and/or drawings
For each assembly line we make full documentation in wished language. For our internal usage we develop ProcessFlow, PFMEA, Controlplan which can be reviewed by you during audits.
Each assembly transfer requires a coordinator from Your side. We have developed an unique methodology for the transfer projects. You remain the owner of the assembly line unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing policy - Open calculation (material + work) - Each cost reduction is shared between us - You are notified about supplier change - We exchange information about potential suppliers (bigger inquiries – better prices) - Productivity planning (when we know the product better, we can renegotiate the price) - Regular price adjustments for materials with market based price (ex. casted housings) - Payment conditions according to Your wish
We will design and build the test bench in accordance to your test instructions and capacity forecast.
Parts traceability policy - by each batch (ex. casting batch) - by each week/day - by each part
Parts traceability depends on the information which you allow to be put on the parts or packaging!
Warehouse policy - no stock – make to order - one month’s stock (or more) in - SFB Ostrzeszow (PL-63-500) - SFB Babenhausen (DE-87727) - consignment stock at Your place - we manage your inventory and react to changes occurred in your ERP/MRP system
Additional storage place is possible. Storage conditions have to be agreed before quoting.
Initial Samples approval policy - For automotive industry we suggest VDA ver. 6.3 (Form ver. 2) - Parts registration in IMDS
Your requirements are the ones which are valid. They need to be agreed before quoting.
Cooperation policy - cutting, milling, turning, drilling, broaching, gear cutting, grinding, - precision machining and high tolerances finishing, - welding, projection welding , metal sheet cutting, - heat treatment, galvanic treatment, painting (liquid, powder) and more.
We coordinate following actions and You get the parts with good quality from one source. Please feel free to send us inquiries for above mentioned operations, even without assembly.
Delivery policy - you organize and pay for the transport [EXW] - you pay for the transport, but we organize it [EXW] - we take care of the transport [DDU] - Regular, Just In Time or Just in Sequence deliveries
Changes in demand possible until last minute before shipment. (valid if proper Warehouse policy is agreed and packaging allows it).
Shipment descriptions according to Your standards. If no standards are provided, we suggest ours.
Packaging according to Your standards. When we have a better solution, we suggest ours. The orders can be sent per fax/paper/e-mail/xml/EDI/www or the way You want it.
